Refund policy

I will give a full refund of an item if it arrives broken or damaged. A request for refund must be placed within 48 hours of delivery of the package. You will have to provide proof of damage. Once the package is recieved by the shipping currior it is out of my hands what happens to the package. If a package becomes lost I will have tracking info to give to you to help with any shipping issues. Plus all packages are insured. We will try to recover the package. I do not give a refund for lost or stolen packages. That is what the insurance on the package is for, steps will need to be taken with the shipping company to get the lost package investigation started. Shipping companies will issue the insurance payment.  I do not issue any other types of refunds. Be sure to always reach out to me with an issue through any Tiktok, Instagram etc. or email.
